During a visit to the Middle East, I couldn't resist swinging by the local Harley Davidson dealership in Kuwait City. As you might expect, they do a lot of business with many of the American men and women serving with, or supporting, our armed forces here in the region. But they also do a lot of business with a growing pool of Kuwaitis.
Seeing this dealership reminds me that no matter how far you travel, some things never change. And the roar of a Harley's engine and the freedom of the open road are just as appealing here as they are back home in Arizona. Makes you wonder once you get through the trappings of local culture and customs whether we're really that different after all.

Freedom of the open road and almost free fuel costs, I think that's a perfect Harley life. :)
