What exactly was wrong with the numbers used by USA Today? I can't tell from this posting.

The ARRA has done a great job for the country. You can't always go by what the newspapers say. It sounds like they looked at so little they must have been looking at one or a few states or a region in a state. The ARRA has been great. Best wishes, Michael E. Bailey.
