We miss John Porcari in Maryland, but he represents us well.

The ARRA is the best thing for the economy since FDR's New Deal of the 1930s, except that we can see the results faster with the ARRA than with the New Deal. And the infrastructure improvements will be good well into this century and beyond. We do need rural public transportation. There is not much and people in rural areas if they had a choice would be more likely to use transit for a less stressful commute. Best wishes, Michael E. Bailey.
