This is a great initiative in the DOT and a great idea the President had. I remember when I went to the Southern California Public Transportation Forum a little over a year ago in Orange, one of the issues that came up was having to do more than one environmental impact report on some transit projects. You might have to do two on some projects both saying the same thing but at an increase in cost and time for the project. The regulations should be streamlined so that one environmental impact report will answer the requirements for all agencies concerned. This is a great project of the DOT. Best wishes,Michael E. Bailey.

Here at a state government office we cannot download the document so that we can review it offline, releasing bandwidth, without logging in to Facebook, which we are restricted from accessing. Also, the Linked-In pdf link did not work. So, is there any other way to get an e-copy?

You may wish to edit the front page of your website to include a photo of a US train instead of the Indian train that is currently pictured.
