Map-21 sounds pretty good to me. My research showed me that a lot of the funds are supposed to go to repairing highway infrastructure like bridges and highways and boy, do we ever need that!

I'm also very much in favor of increasing mass transit systems and ridership. Having lived in the S.F.Bay Area, I've ridden B.A.R.T and I've also ridden the Max system (I believe it's called) in Portland, OR. Both are excellent systems.

And as a walker and bike rider, lets build bike paths and walking paths too and let's get some people out of their cars and trucks.
